Things worth writing to us about:

A tour here whose price, route, pickup point or winery list has changed. Valley details move more than you would think, since a stop can drop off a route the week a tasting room changes its hours, and we would rather hear it from you than notice it three months late.
A wine tasting tour running out of Sedona or the Verde Valley that is not on the site. If it has a real, currently bookable listing page with published departures and a price in dollars, send the link.
A question about one of these tours that neither the FAQ nor our guides answers.
Anything on the site you think is wrong. Especially that.

What we cannot help with

We cannot take a booking, change a date, cancel a reservation or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. Every tour on this site is sold and operated by somebody else, and your reservation sits with them from the moment you pay.

So if the question is about a booking you have already made, the fastest route is the confirmation email you were sent. It carries your reference number, the pickup window, the exact meeting address and a message button that reaches the people actually driving that day. On a same-day question that is always quicker than us, and on a weather call it is the only channel that can answer.

Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you email anyone. First, where the day starts: most tours collect you in Sedona or the Village of Oak Creek, but the river paddle meets at Alcantara Vineyards in Camp Verde and the train boards at the Clarkdale depot, each a 30 to 40 minute drive of your own from Uptown. Second, the pickup window itself, which several operators confirm only 24 to 48 hours ahead by message rather than at the moment you book. Bring ID as well, because every tasting here is 21 and over.
